Matthew Jackson 74936ad892 release: 1.7.0
Fixed
- ld/profile: find_by_drive_id no longer mis-binds a drive whose reported
  product_id is real but uncatalogued to a sibling model's profile (and its wrong
  LibreDrive microcode); the product-id-blind loose match is gated on an empty id.

- Third-party NOTICE for the LibreDrive microcode bundled in profiles.json;
  cargo-deny gate (#15) and audience-based comment-guard (#17).

NOTICE — Third-Party Drive Microcode
====================================
freemkv-unlock's own source code is licensed under the MIT License (see LICENSE).
The MIT License does NOT cover the drive-microcode payloads bundled in
`src/ld/profiles.json`.
Those payloads are volatile, RAM-only optical-drive microcode ("LibreDrive")
authored and owned by the MakeMKV team (GuinpinSoft inc.). Each payload embeds
its own copyright notice, e.g.:
"This is volatile RAM-only microcode for LibreDrive by MakeMKV -

They are included solely to recognize supported drives and perform the
non-persistent, RAM-only unlock in interoperation with MakeMKV's LibreDrive, on
drives their owners already possess. They are third-party proprietary material —
**Copyright (c) MakeMKV team, all rights reserved** — and are **NOT** licensed
under MIT. No ownership is claimed or transferred.
