export, not archival**: MP4 can't hold TrueHD, DTS-HD MA, or bitmap (PGS/VobSub)
subtitles, so those are **excluded with a loud, itemized report — never a silent
drop** (`mkv://` remains the keep-everything path). Verified byte-for-byte
equivalent to `ffmpeg -c copy`: frame-exact video and audio, identical colour and
duration, clean decode.
