test: widen profile_03 efficiency guard for tier-2 roster
The tier-2 marginal specialists now additionally probe permanently-bad residual sectors before leaving them NonTrimmed, so the alternating-bad profile's finite read count rose past the old tier-0/1 bound. Guard still catches runaway; behavior asserts unchanged.
