### TrueHD fix
- **Strip BD-TS access unit header** — TrueHD parser was passing the 4-byte BD-TS access unit header into MKV. MKV expects raw MLP frames. The header bytes corrupted TrueHD sync, causing decode failures in all players. Affects BD and UHD discs with TrueHD/Atmos audio.
