Matthew Jackson aa85906a87 udf, mux: post-1.7.7 fixes for UDF chains, AAC headers and codec framing ...

UDF validates allocation-descriptor chains, maps fragmented metadata
files and tolerates broken subdirectory chains. The muxer holds headers
until every AAC track has its AudioSpecificConfig and backpatches a late
CodecPrivate. HEVC PPS tables are bounded, DTS EXSS aligned and MPEG
free-format frames capped. A no-media drive is released before the next
candidate opens; CI builds freemkv's app as a consumer.
