- New docs/rip-recovery.md documents the two-stage rip model: mapfile
format (ddrescue-compatible), CopyOptions/PatchOptions surface, the
pass-1/pass-2 algorithm, and the design decisions (why no MODE
SELECT, why ISO intermediate, why ddrescue mapfile).
No code change.
