MattJackson fe8933dad2 v0.16.3: i18n damage display
- Add rip.damage_lost, rip.damage_lost_movie, rip.damage_lost_simple, rip.damage_none keys
- Update all 6 locale files (en, es, fr, de, it, pt, nl)
- CLI progress shows 'Xs lost (Y in movie)' instead of 'Xs unreadable'
- Perfect rips show '0s' instead of '0s unreadable'
